NORTH TOPPERS Racing Rules Online Session

James Ripley, National Race Officer, will run a session on the Tacing Rules including the updates to the Racing Rules of Sailing and will answer any questions.  Updated Racing Rules of Sailing book to be awarded as a prize in a draw for attendees.

There is no charge for this session, but numbers are limited so please register.
