Cancellation of Entry:

If an entry is cancelled by the competitor their entry fee will be refunded as follows:

1) Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the event:

Entry fee less £5 admin charge, or transfer of entry to another event

2) Cancellation within last 2 weeks prior to the event:

No refund or transfer of entry to another event.

Motorhome/caravan pitches are available at Draycote Water Sailing Club. There’s no electric hook up or toilet facilities there so you do need to be self-sufficient. Toilets are available at the Clubhouse during daytime opening hours, but the Clubhouse is locked overnight. No tent camping is allowed on site.
