L&SE Open Training – Shoreham
Come and join us at Shoreham Sailing Club for the 2nd L&SE race coaching session of 2024. Delivered by a team of three experienced coaches fresh from the latest round of RTGs and led by Charlotte Bonella, they will provide coaching for all levels from experienced racers to those just starting out.
Launching from a slipway into the harbour with direct access out to sea, we are one of the few clubs on the South coast that can guarantee access to the sea in most conditions. This coupled with steady winds and (hopefully) glorious sunshine, is rapidly building the clubs reputation as one of the favourite Topper venues nationally!!
Ashore, the club has excellent facilities including a spacious, lawned boat park, food provided by our in-house caterers – Fete’N’Lime, and a bar if the pressure gets too much for any of the parents!!
There will be a maximum of 22 places, so book early!
Timings
- 08:30 Registration opens (and breakfasts available to buy)
- 09:30 Sailors rigged and ready for first briefing
- 12:30 Lunch (Not included)
- 16.30 Departure

Fees
The training fee is £30 for the day.
If an entry is cancelled by the participants their entry fee will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event. Entry fee less £5 admin charge
- Cancellation 7-14 days before the event if place can be resold. Entry fee less £5 admin charge
- Cancellation within 7 days of the event. No refund.
