Event Details

Accomodation:

Motorhome and camping pitches are available at Grafham Water Sailing Club, and may be booked via the following link:

Please note, bookings for pitches will open on 15th March 2023.

Evening Meal:

There is a meal available at Grafham Water Sailing Club after sailing on the Saturday.

The menu choices are;

Cheeseburger, chips and salad.

Veggie burger, chips and salad, or

Creamy garlic chicken with seasonal veg.

followed by sticky toffee pudding.

The price is £14 for two courses.

Please book by texting Lisa on 07738 401190 – please include your name, number of people, menu choices and the event info (Topper NS3 Sat 15-Apr-23).

Please note, all meals must be booked by Wednesday 12^th April. A minimum of 25 people are required for the caterers to host this meal. Should there not be enough interest in the meal, you will be notified of the cancellation before the event.

Cancellation of Entry:

If an entry is cancelled by the competitor for reasons unrelated to COVID-19 their entry fee will be refunded as follows:

1) Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the event:

Entry fee less £5 admin charge, or transfer of entry to another event

2) Cancellation within last 2 weeks prior to the event:

No refund or transfer of entry to another event.
